Windows of Perception
by Vitoria Aquino

After a year of staying inside, locking ourselves in to stop the corona virus from spreading, the body now seeks for its freedom and expression while it is struck by events, news and conflicts every day. Our daily lives were interrupted while we kept searching for connections through frames, windows and screens.

Windows of Perception is an artistic movement investigation that reflects on the contrast and points of encounter between Brazilian and Dutch societies, searching for a perspective in how both countries have dealt with the pandemic, and investigating how it is possible to reposition our bodies in public space again.
